As Operations Manager, based in Utrecht, you are responsible for managing the meeting operations and dedicated staff for an assigned pharmaceutical client. Your goal is to achieve both client and BCD M&E goals related to operations, contractual obligations, profitability of operations, quality of service, preferred vendor maximization, technology implementation, Pharmaceutical meeting management experience is required.

You are responsible for congress owner management, hotel sourcing, Professional Congress Organizers (PCO) relationships, attendee management, compliance and contracting documentation of assigned congress for a Global Pharmaceutical client.
